Syncing but not making changes

I have made changes to my Fitbit on the app and I have synced it but it won't make the changes on the actual Fitbit. For example: the order in which I want steps, calories, time, etc. to appear and also the clock display will not change. HELP!

Hi, @Bgarin, this usually means that your Fitbit has connected, but not actually synced.  I find that sometimes I need to force a sync a few times before changes sync through.
