I have spent hours with every fix suggested. The Charge 3 syncs only randomly and loses time overnight. Many, many others having the same issue - for a few weeks now. My Fitbit is still within warranty and clearly doesn’t work as advertised since Fitbit have not resolved the software issue. I would like a refund please. Please contact me. Thank you.

Hello @Lesley57, welcome to the Community Forums!
First, I appreciate your effort and patience for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting, I totally understand how frustrating this matter can be for you but I'm here to help you with this. That said, if you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your iOS mobile device that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
Also, you can move forward to the troubleshooting steps that are specified on: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? and let me know how it goes. For any refund-related inquiry, please check our policies here.
Keep me posted, I'll be around if you need anything else.

Thanks but I have spoken to Fitbit who tell me that the issue is a wider software problem arising after iOS13. I do appreciate you replying but it is hugely frustrating to be told what I can do. I have done EVERYTHING many times and wasted so many hours when there is actually a problem I can do nothing about. Fitbit say they are working on a solution but there is no ETA for it.
