Syncing flex to new iphone

I am trying to sync my Fitbit flex to my new iPhone and have tried to pair the device to no avail and have followed previous help about resetting it via the charging lead, if I do this it can find the flex and asks me to tap,it until I feel the vibration, which happens and then the phone still comes up with an error message. I ah e tried this ever all times, can anybody help please?

Hello @Jsevorg, welcome aboard to our Community. I got the feeling I came a late to help you as I bet you were able to pair your tracker already. Just let me know if this is correct, to follow up with you everything is working fine.

 

Usually when this happen the first recommendation is what you did, a restart might resolve any issue at the moment to set up your tracker. If this is not working then you can follow this: 

  1. reboot your mobile device (turn it off and then back on).
  2. Try setting up your tracker again.
  3. If you can't set up after the reboot, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Fitbit app. However this is as a last resource, since your your data might be lost or it might give you other type of issues. So only if is require try this step.
