Syncing issue

Is there a bug with syncing Weight Watchers app to Fitbit. I have deleted both WW app and Fitbit app and reinstalled this evening. Yet my WW app will not update when I ask it to sync. It spins telling me it is syncing but in the end nothing changes and the last sync on WW app stays at 2:15 today.

In this case I would like to suggest to reset the link between the WeightWatchers app and the Fitbit app. In order to do this please:

 

  1. Go to the Application settings on your online Dashboard.
  2. Locate Weight Watchers and click on Revoke Access.
  3. Then go to the WeightWatchers website and link it with Fitbit once again.
