Syncing issues with Alta HR

Hi I noticed my Alta HR was not showing the correct time at the weekend after charging it up. I tried to resync it on my IPhone and it said my tracker needed updating. It won’t recognise my device so after turning phone on and off, turning Bluetooth on and off, I deleted my device and now my phone finds my device but can’t connect??? It’s so frustrating and I’m losing exercise data as it hasn’t synced since last week. Tia

Let me help you with your Alta HR and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
