So I have an iPhone 4 running iOS 7.1.2, so the latest version of the app that is compatible with my phone is 1.15.2. But the problem is that there's no option to add a tracker, and I don't have a dongle! What am I supposed to do now?! Please help!

Hey @DevenS is nice to have you on the Community! I think the iPhone 4 is not on the List of Compatible Devices. The reason is because your device must support Bluetooth 4.0. Older iOS models only support Bluetooth 2.1, and therefore are not compatible with Fitbit wireless syncing. You can still use the Fitbit app on your iOS device to track food, activities, and more. However, you said you don't have a Dongle, so, let me try to help you with this issue. Could you reply with as many details of the issue you had with the Dongle?

Because, the app will automatically download the latest synced tracker data from the Fitbit.com dashboard, so as long as you're within range of your computer, you can see your updated stats.

Oh, okay. Thanks for the response! The thing is, though, I've just simply lost the dongle. I guess I'll just have to buy a new one then. Cheers!
