I have the Fitbit flex and I keep opening the app on my iPhone 6, but it keeps saying "looking." It can't find my Fitbit. Please help!

I'm having the same issue. I never had problems with my Fitbit until now. It can't find my Fitbit got an hour now and it kept erasing my steps earlier
