Syncing new and old Charge 3

Hello.  I'm wondering why the new Charge 3 didn't "remember" my old charge three.  Instead of seven hours of 250+ steps, the new one only says 1 hour.BUT my FitBit App on my iPhone still indicates seven hours?  I'm confused.

Did you sync the old before setting up the new?

 

If not then you lost that information sorry

@Jawjr1   I have always noticed that when I switch between trackers.  The Reminders to Move accomplishment is on that device.  When you sync your data, it goes to your account.  At the end of the day, my app says I have completed my 11 hours, even if six are on one device and five are on the other.
