Hi @KatieB2727, welcome to the Community! Wow! since May 28th that your Charge HR is nit syncing? that is a lot of time.
but don't worry, let me see how I can help you.
First of all, I suggest you to try to restart your Charge HR by following the instructions on @AlejandraFitbit post, to fix the issue with your sleep and workouts.
Now regarding t he syncing issues, I suggest you to take a look of the tips on this post to make it sync.

Thanks for getting back to me @KatieB2727 and taking the time to try the steps I suggested above. Let's go ahead and try something else, could you please try to set it up your Charge HR as a new device? Just follow the instructions on @AlejandraFitbit post to do so.

Best AnswerI removed ,my FitBit and began following the steps you suggested. It took me to a screen telling me to enter in the number on the device.. After 11 minutes on the first attempt, I gave up and tried again. This one was successful after 9 minutes.
