Syncing time

The Fitbit connect normally with the app in IOS but it could not sync the time as the phone. It always stay 30 min behind.

Hi @KhaledA! Welcome to the Community! Smiley Happy If the tracker is syncing the data properly, the time should be also be the same. Let me suggest you something, make sure that the correct timezone is setting on your Fitbit account and then try to restart your Charge HR by following the instructions on this post. Then try to sync again.
