Charge HR Resetting at noon

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.
This afternoon I synced my charge HR a little after noon and my steps reset with all my steps from this morning moving to yesterday. My time looks correct (the sync time says 12:16pm and my steps per hour are logging now after noon) but it my steps significantly lower. Is there anyway to correct the steps for today? Is my tracker always going to reset at noon instead of midnight.

Welcome to the Community @Kturoczy! if you confirmed that the timezone on your Fitbit account is the correct one on your Fitbit account. then I suggest you to perform a restart of your tracker by following the instructions on @AlejandraFitbit post.

If you are not sure how to set it up the timezone on your account, please try the following:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the Account tab.
  2. Under Settings, tap Advanced Settings.
  3. Find an option to modify your time zone.
  4. Sync your tracker.

And for Android, please follow these instructions:

  1. From the Fitbit app dashboard, tap the menu icon in the top left corner and tap Account.
  2. Tap Settings.
  3. Find an option to modify your time zone.
  4. Sync your tracker:
    1. Go back to the Account screen and tap your tracker name.
    2. Tap Sync Now.

Let me know if that works!

Thank you,  that helped me.  I found that when I went abroad that the time change was very slow and in my last trip away, it would not reset  to my home time zone.

I am sorted now.
