I recently got a new IPhone 8+ and it did not carry over the fitbit app from my old phone. I loaded the Fitbit Sync app but it gives me 'the app you're trying to connect did not provide valid information to Fitbit. Please report this issue to them'. Then it tells me this: Developer information: unauthorized_client-Invalid client_id
Can someone tell me what I need to do to sync my new phone?

Hey @Lumberjacks
Did you remove your Fitbit device from your old phone under your Bluetooth settings on your old phone.
You can't be sync'd to 2 devices at the same time.
Hase to do with sending a notification to your Fitbit when someone phones or texts you on some models.
