My charge HR will only sync to my iPad. The app is on my iPhone, but because the iPad was used to set up the Fitbit, the app on the iPhone won't sync. Is this a feature of charge HR (only syncs to one device)? If it is, how can I change it to my iPhone?

@Alice12 it sounds like your Charge HR is currently holding a bond with your iPad and not sending out a searchable Bluetooth signal, which explains why your iPhone can't connect to it. I suggest checking out these instructions for removing that Bluetooth bond from your iPad. Once that's done, set up the Charge HR with your iPhone and you should be good to go!
