Hi @Fiwat, I think I can help you out.
In order to receive call notifications, there needs to be a Bluetooth bond between your tracker and your iPhone (you can check the status of the bond by going into your iOS settings on your iPhone.)
This same Bluetooth bond that is required for call notifications may also be preventing you from syncing to a second mobile device.
What I would recommend is making sure that you have a Bluetooth bond with your iPhone in order to receive call notifications. Call notifications setup instructions can be found here.
Once call notifications are setup, you can follow the instructions listed here in order to be able to sync with your iPad as well.
Hope this helps!

Hi @Mark1952 and welcome to the Community!
There's a few different ways that your Surge can sync with your iOS device. If you've enabled all-day sync in the Fitbit App, your tracker will sync periodically throughout the day.
You can also force sync your tracker by: tapping the Account tab and then tapping your tracker to see an option to force sync your tracker. Click here for an in-depth explanation of how your Surge syncs.
To correct your Surge's timezone, I would recommend:
1. Tap the Account button in the bottom right-hand corner.
2. Tap "Advanced Settings".
3. Tap timezone and select the timezone that you are in.
4. Sync your tracker for the changes to take effect.
Keep me posted if you need any additional help!
