I can not get my charge hr to sync with my iPhone 6s . It gets half way synced and it just stops. I’ve deleted the app and reinstalled it, shut my phone off and back on. My Bluetooth is on and connected to my charge hr so idk what is wrong!

"Forget your device" should get you to complete the update.
