I’m not interested in a target cardio load so I’ve turned this off in the list of stats in the app. However I still get the message banners for it, telling me it’s getting ready to give me my first target, telling me how to prepare for my first target load, etc. They reappear every single day. Could these please be hidden when the associated data is hidden in the dashboard?

Great idea except it doesn't work. I tried it.

It doesn't stop, it will keep popping up even if you have it turned off. dismiss it and the next time you refresh it's back.
Rather annoying. It even keeps popping up after you have met your goal. and there is nothing in notifications to manage it either.

I'm well past 7 days and still get this multiple times per day. I've confirmed that the cardio load button is turned off.

Actually "nudges" you multiple times a day. Maddening.

Same with ios - I dismiss it, and it comes back later that same day.

Totally agree. My message is trying to shame / bully me.
This with other ridiculous changes will lead me to go to another product.
We should be able to turn this off permanently.

So I called customer support today and spent 30 minutes or so doing the same trouble-shooting I'd done a few days ago. The rep kept on putting me on hold to check with others and to read their support materials. Ultimately I was told that this is a "premium" feature and cannot be disabled as long as I have a "premium" account. I think I may call back and ask for a refund to nearly a year's worth of "premium" content if that's the only way to get rid of the stupid thing!
Grrr.

Even logging into this site is a pain, I can't seem to do it from the app had to download google, really Fitbit & Google never merged very well. Since i've deleted "all cardio load history " nothing has popped for me. I've cancelled my Premium membership yesterday, I don't need to know what animal I am for a month.

I’ve actually stopped wearing my Fitbit lately due to these annoying pop up messages. This in turn makes me less motivated to exercise like I was daily.
I still log my food in the app though just to give me an idea of my caloric intake. But yea Fitbit is going to lose me as a customer. I think I’m done.

I have removed Cardio Load but still get a daily reminder. Fitbit appear to not understand that for MEDICAL REASONS this daily banner is inappropriate - I cannot train harder, bit would be dangerous. Please may I ask that you raise this urgently as so nany people are getting extremely annoyed by this.

I have never had a premium account and I get this message anyway. I have goal set to maintain, but the pop up keeps urging me to increase. If I go beyond ITS target for me to increase, it tells me to take it easy for the rest of the day, but next day tells me I can “get back on track!” Again if I hit the new target!

I cancelled my "premium membership" yesterday as well and note the following further annoyances:
1. The rep I spoke to assured me I could get a refund for the unused portion of the year's membership I paid for. I could not do so following the link he gave me.
2. Despite following instructions from reps, I still get the blasted reminder multiple times so far today. Here's what I tried:

Yeah I really have to wonder about its usefulness as a training tool for people who need it. I’ve not exercised at all this week (long story) and my heart rate hasn’t been into a zone for about ten days, and it’s congratulating me on all my work and advising me to take a rest day to recover.

Yes it can be "turned off" - briefly - but then it reappears like some sort of swamp monster.

Following this as well. I have a known disability in the dysautonomia category, which literally means my HR and similar stats are all over the place and not a good metric to watch for my overall health. I keep getting recommendations for high cardio loads on days I absolutely 100% need to be resting. Thankfully I know my own body well enough to not be influenced, but it's still really obnoxious.

Nudging. It is insane. I was walking 3x as much and constant overtraining. I am injured and despite walking over 9 miles yesterday (hit the goal) and almost 8 today (being shamed) I still have to X it off. I have shut the feature off and still get constant annoying messages.

I got the Ready to hit your target to go away by going in the app to
Your data in Fitbit
Deletion options
Cardio load
Delete all cardio load data
Confirm and Delete
Sadly, I find that I have to do this regularly, like every day or so. Once the app collects a few days of data, these messages will come back.

The Cardio Load banner cannot be removed and it is extremely annoying.

Just curious if this is going to be addressed or on the list to be addressed. It’s hyper annoying.
