On the Fitbit app I receive an actual cardio load score but no target. For the first two days I received a notification telling me my target load but nothing showing on the graph. Now there is no notification or any target range on the graph. Does anyone else have this issue.

The solution for this on iOS was to delete the Fitbit app, and reinstall it. Worked for me.
I have connected my google account with Fitbit. No data was lost in my case. It even showed the Cardio target in history for my past cardio load.

I am having the same bug.
It's been around for over a month now? Fitbit, this is pathetic. Drop the DEI hires and get this fixed.

I’m in the same boat as you. Epic treadmill run, cardio load=0. Support says uninstall and reinstall. Haha.
We need the product manager for this feature to get involved.

I tried the suggestion above. Delete the app from your iPhone. Reinstall. Log in using your Google log in details. Bingo. No loss of data. Cardio Load Target and graph is now showing in the Activity section as is the pop up message in the Today section. See screenshots below.

Same here, after deleting the app the target shows up on the tile and in the detail. Unfortunately, the workouts still show Cardio load: 0 with everything going into General Activity. I did get one correct activity log in the past 2 months - and auto recorded Sport when I was shoveling snow. This is most likely a problem with the Exercises rather than the Cardio Load. The exercise library probably hasn't been updated to include cardio load so it doesn't get recorded. Since the Active Zone minutes and Pace have been incorrect in exercise details for 6+ months, I'm not holding my breath for a fix anytime soon. Maybe if they understood the interdependence of the data they'd develop metrics that were useful. Too bad they're too focused on "adding value" to care if it even works.....

I deleted and then reinstalled the app and nothing changed.
I'm still getting "No target" under Cardio load.

Same thing is going on for me. It just dumps it all into general activity. Pointless.

It seems to track my workouts under “logged workouts” only when I start a workout with my tracker (I have the Luxe). It does not seem to count it under “logged exercise” if the exercise is added after in my Fitbit app. If I add the exercise in my Fitbit app after it occurred it puts it in the “general activity” category. Not sure if this can solve anyone’s problems.
As long as the cardio minutes are accounted for, does it really matter which category they file it under? Am I missing something with this? Or is it just from an organizational standpoint, people are upset?

Hi everyone, and a warm welcome to our new members.
Thanks for the additional information and the steps that you've tried on your own. As you may know, the Target Load needs time to calibrate to you. After you get your first target load range, you'll need to wear, exercise and sleep with your Fitbit device for 7 consecutive days so enough data can be recorded to generate the most accurate target.
If you haven't contacted our Support team and this value doesn't appear after waiting for 7 days, please click on this link and fill out the form with the required information. This will allow our team to create a case and further investigate what may be occurring. I’ll keep an eye out for your responses specifically, so please let me know once you’ve filled it out.

Wow, that actually "fixed" the issue for me too (after an ridiculous amount of reinstalls).
I really don't know what to say right now. Nice that the feature works now, but I'm really angry that this bug forced me to make a decision that I deliberate didn't take!

Yes, I now have this problem. It has been fine for several weeks - with constant exercise recorded and targets being set. However, it has now stopped showing the cardio target. It is only showing the cardio load. It also doesn't show the blue "target zone" in the graph (obvs as there is no target range). Seems to be a problem ?

My Wifes inspire 3 was having this issue, we solved it by migrating from the fitbit login to the Google login. Phone is a Pixel 6.
