Target Load missing from tile and graph

On the Fitbit app I receive an actual cardio load score but no target. For the first two days I received a notification telling me my target load but nothing showing on the graph. Now there is no notification or any target range on the graph. Does anyone else have this issue.

Terry G64 @LizzyFitbit- I hear you! New technology should improve our
experience and not just add frustration. I do not think the Cardio Load was
well tested before release and apparently they have no interest in
correcting the glitches. Especially sad because you know google has the
ability.

I started getting a target on the tile again from Tuesday. It lasted for 4 days and today once again no target. Also, during the 4 days I only got a notification on one of the days. This function clearly has an issue but seems to be taking forever to fix.

I have emailed support several times and below is the answer from yesterday. It seems there is an issue with the feature.

Hello Terry,

Thanks for reaching out to the Fitbit Customer Care Team. We do apologize for the inconvenience that this may have caused you.

As of the moment regarding your issue, please be informed that our team is working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.

Most of the resolution is updated via Fitbit app.

If you scroll back through this post you will see that we have been posting about this since Dec 2024 & I think there are similar posts from earlier dates.
The response is always the same- we are aware & are working on it.

I think this feature has been a dog ever since it was released and Fitbit seem incapable of fixing it. I am now also having an issue with the stress management score not appearing for the last 3 days.
