I am unable to agree to terms and conditions. When I press I agree it doesn’t allow me to? Please help

Switch on/off and to Bluetooth, then click I agree, sometimes it works.

Odd issue:

If it doesn't then you may be affected by a known bug that's causing this problem for some people. Keep an eye on the following thread that has the latest updates from fitbit:

Hi, I just brought the Fitbit Ionic and I’m trying to set it up with my iPhone but I can’t get past the agree button and it’s really frustrating. I’ve set up three different accounts trying because I thought it was just me. If anyone could help that would be great. Taking it back to the shop tomorrow if I can’t get it to work. Slightly annoyed as it’s my birthday present...
