Hello. I just bought a fit but flex 2 and I am not able to get text alerts. I get call alerts just not texts. I've restarted my phone, my fit bit and deleted and reinstalled the IOS app. Please help

A warm welcome to the Community @Martusha143. Thanks for troubleshooting this inconvenience by yourself. If you are not receiving notifications, I recommend following the instructions provided in the My Tracker isn't receiving notifications (iOS Fitbit app) post.
