I have a charge 2 and an IPhone 7 Plus and I am not receiving text or call notifications. I have unpaired the Fitbit, deleted and downloaded the Fitbit app, checked that the notifications are all listed on- on my phone, in the app and on the Fitbit itself. I’ve restarted my phone as well. I’m not sure what else to try troubleshooting wise. Any suggestions or help appreciated, thanks!

Tabitha---try going into the fitbit app on your phone, from the dashboard, tap the control board in the upper right hand corner,tap on your charge 2 box, look for notifications on that screen, tap on that and you should get a screen to turn on calls and text messages ( at least that's what I did with my Ionic) Hope that helps
