Once i did the new IOS 13 update, my fitbit lite stopped getting text message notifications...how do i fix this???

It is now working. I had to go to message preview and change to always. Yayyy!!!

This is a known bug that fitbit are looking into. Keep an eye on the following thread where they are posting updates and recommendations:
