I can not receive text messages on my fit bit versus.  I have reinstalled my fit bit two times.  Ugh!

Hi @Lisaj17, welcome to the Community. It's nice to see a new face around!

 

Thanks for letting me know about your Versa, as well for the steps that you've tried. Let's work on this together. There are some factors that may prevent your device from receiving notification, so make sure to turn off other Bluetooth connections when not in use, and if you're using more than one device to sync, make sure the other device isn't nearby.

 

Also, please try the following steps:

  1. Remove the Versa from the Bluetooth settings.
  2. On your phone's settings, tap notifications > messages and turn on the three options under "Alerts".
  3. Also, verify that the option "Show Previous" or "Show In History" is set to "Always".
  4. Hold the left button of your Versa to turn Off and On the notifications.
  5. Open the Fitbit app and tap on the Account icon.
  6. Tap on the Versa's image > Notifications and follow the onscreen instructions to pair via Bluetooth.
