Text notifications not working after iOS update

Ever since the IOS update on my iPhone I no longer receive text messages on my Fitbit. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it, I have logged out and then back in, I have forgotten the device on my Bluetooth and still not getting messages. I also have swiped up and turned notifications off then on again. Please help. I have missed several very important messages.

Text messages notifications are no longing being sent to my Charge 3. I have tried setting up Bluetooth again and have made sure alerts all selected. None of the fixes are working. Please help.

I was gifted the Versa 2 yesterday for my birthday, and I'm having issues receiving text message notifications. I have an iPhone 7 software version 13.2.3. I also have the most recent update for the Fitbit App - 3.10.

I'm getting notified when someone calls me, but not when I receive a text message. I've read the educational forums on "How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device" and it's still not working.

  • I've tried turning off my phone.
  • I've tried jumping off bluetooth and jumping back on.
  • i've turned off the wifi and back on.
  • My phone is not on do not disturb
  • My fitbit app is set to receive notifications
  • My fitbit does not have a lock
  • My fitbit is not set to do not disturb or sleep mode

I'm at a loss. Any other ideas?

Since iPhone had their update on October 9th, my Fitbit Ionic stopped receiving notifications. Following the Fitbit update, as well as the additional iPhone update, my Ionic now receives all notifications EXCEPT for text notifications. I've reset my Fitbit to factory settings, checked on both the Fitbit app and my Settings app to confirm that it's set up to receive text notifications, turned off Bluetooth services and turned it back on again, and everything that I can think of. Still, it works perfectly except it does not receive text notifications. Can someone help? I've read the forums on here, but none of those solutions have solved my problem. After 6 weeks of this, I'm ready to switch to a different device. I've been a Fitbit member for over 6 years now, but this is ridiculous.
