I have an Ionic and my phone is an iPhone 8plus.  I used to get text messages on my ionic and now I do not.  I get phone calls and app notifications, but no texts.  I have tried disconnecting blue-tooth and repairing, and all my updates are done.  Any suggestions because I really miss this feature.

I’m sorry you’re experiencing problems receiving notifications. Currently notifications are a known issue that the Fitbit Team is aware of and they are working on a fix. I don’t know when this fix will be available. Please watch this thread here for information: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/m-p/37...

On that thread you can find updates, possible tips and possible workarounds that may help while the issue is addressed.
