I’m really angry about this. Was not able to receive my text messages on my Fitbit. I changed my “show previews” to “ALWAYS” which means when I get a text message on my phone, people can see them if my phone is laying on my desk at work!! Fitbit needs to come up with a better fix than this!! This did work. If I have it on “always” I get them on my watch but then people can see them  on my phone. So...I guess you can say that it’s not fixed!!!

Hello and welcome @Savonna 

I understand your not happy with getting previews currently with your notifications. I can only offer this thread (which I’ve seen that you have already posted on): https://community.fitbit.com/t5/iOS-App/Stopped-seeing-notifications-after-updating-to-iOS-13/td-p/3...

This thread provides all information available on the notifications issue. When there is a fix it will be posted there.
