I have restarting my phone about 5 times in the last two days. That is
they only way that I can un-lock my phone. I have a 6S. I haven't tried
deleting the app and reinstalling, I guess that's the next step.

Best AnswerYep. That's the next step.
You'll probably want to edit your response to remove your contact information. You can do that by going to the post and clicking the 3 dots at the top right.

Thanks, this is new for me. I didn't notice that was in there until I had already posted it.
Hi,
i have just uodated my iOS to the latest Fitbit version and there was an issue when I first opened it, I closed it by double tapping and have opened it again to login.
now the screen is frozen I cannot turn the phone off or carry out a reset, The main page will not disappear from the screen what am I supposed to do with this now?
Best Answer@SpaceCowboy37 -- you will probably get better advice contacting Apple as the inability to restart your phone would be an iOS issue not a fitbit app issue.
You don't say say what iOS device you are using. One possibility is that you are not resetting correctly; the key combination to reset an iPhone 7 is different (power button + down volume button) than for older devices (power button + home button).
