Every time that I try to access my FitBit app on my Iphone it locks my phone up. I don't see and update available. Is there a problem?

It seems to be working on my iPhone 7. Try restarting your phone. If there is still a problem, try deleting and reinstalling the app.

I have restarting my phone about 5 times in the last two days. That is
they only way that I can un-lock my phone. I have a 6S. I haven't tried
deleting the app and reinstalling, I guess that's the next step.

Yep. That's the next step.
You'll probably want to edit your response to remove your contact information. You can do that by going to the post and clicking the 3 dots at the top right.

Thanks, this is new for me. I didn't notice that was in there until I had already posted it.

@SpaceCowboy37 -- you will probably get better advice contacting Apple as the inability to restart your phone would be an iOS issue not a fitbit app issue.
You don't say say what iOS device you are using. One possibility is that you are not resetting correctly; the key combination to reset an iPhone 7 is different (power button + down volume button) than for older devices (power button + home button).
