Whenever I open the app it starts to try and sync up with my mobile device activity but then it just crashes. I have tried deleting and re-uploading the app but it's the same every time. It's been like this since August!

@Aconlin What version of iOS are you running? The latest mobile app requires iOS 9 or newer. Perhaps that is what is causing the issue.
Not sure that helps you, but may help answer why that is happening.

Hello @Aconlin, thanks for joining us, it's great to have you on board!
This seems like a very odd situation. If you're currently running the latest iOS version and the latest version of the app, please try the following:
- Force-close the Fitbit app by double-tapping the home button and swiping up the app.
- Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else!
