The battery % is no longer showing up on my Fitbit app

The battery % no longer shows on the app when I sync my Charge 5 with my iPhone. I can see it on my watch but not in the app.

Hi there, @KathJB. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post.

 

If you haven't done so yet, please try the following steps:

 

  • Log out of your Fitbit app
  • Force quit the app
  • Turn off the Bluetooth
  • Shut off your phone and turn it on after 1-2 minutes
  • Turn on the Bluetooth
  • Log back into your Fitbit app
  • Sync your Charge 5 and see if the battery level is showing up and matches your Charge 5's
