The heart-rate graph under Restoration is blank

My Versa 2 has in the last few days stopped displaying heart rate - the graph under Restoration is blank. I can see that this is not a new topic and a response from the company back in 2020 said they were aware of the problem and working on it. What is the latest on this - has the problem been fixed and, if so, how do I resolve it? I believe that I have all the latest updates installed.

How about if I deleted the app from my phone and re-loaded it? But maybe I would lose all my historical data, which I wouldn't want to do.

If you uninstall/reinstall the Fitbit app from your phone, your historical data won't get lost because it is saved in the Fitbit servers instead of your phone.
