Hi Lizzy,

I’m wondering if you have the ability to send the feedback on the latest iteration of the IOS FitBit app to the decision makers and developers. The shortcomings appear to far outweigh any benefits. This is my ninth year of using the FitBit app and it seems like the user interface has been in decline for the last five years. Other users have echoed all of my concerns and sentiments. These negative changes are the kind of thing that give me pause to look elsewhere and get off of the “FitBit train”.

The new app eats battery (iPhone). ❤️ minutes of using the app (plus background) = 20% of the battery of the phone. Never had this problem with the old version

Today (9/26/23) when I opened the Fitbit App on my iPhone, the normal screen did not appear.  Instead, several new checkable options appeared, and apparently I had to check at least some of them in order to enter the app.  Once there, everything about the display was new, and not obviously better in my opinion.  Why?  What happened, and can I go back to the old display?  Not very happy - the new display looks like a kindergartner came up with it (no intended slam to kindergartners!)

I use Android for Fitbit app and so far mine looks still suitable for class of 4th standard & up.

It would be nice to read directly from Fitbit what the supposed benefits are (compared to the most recent previous version).

I lost my 997 day streak.   They said they would email me my data.    I want it back on the Home Screen

What’s going on is that Fitbit/Google totally screwed up the app and no one seems to be happy about it. I’ve been a loyal premium member for over 10 years and I’m just now researching other wearable trackers. With disregard like this for their customers, Fitbit is cooked. Good luck to you!

App freezes up often has wrong step counts requiring me to kill the app and restart it. Fitbit really going down the drain, can’t wait for Black Friday to get rid of this junk!

I was so happy with the fit bit app before. I REALLY don't like the new design. It's kind of dreary and cheap looking if that makes sense.

Where did the total daily calorie expenditure number go? It used to give me both the total projected calories for the day (TDEE) as well as calories burned at the present time, and now it’s not showing me TDEE.

Mine automatically updated, and I’m not a fan. Is there any way to go back to the old view????

The new update is like Fitbit kindergarten. Bigger is not always better. Simple is not always better either.🥲 Not appealing.

Why on earth would you make the activity icons on the focus large and the totals small? Once you've set up, you know where each one is, so the main info should be a big total that's easy to see at a glance. That's important for people who use glasses to read.

And why only four categories now on the focus?

the app doesn't look like the dashboard on the website i and i find it tricky to see where each item is and my steps in the last week and friends linked with me who have fitbit

I have the same thing and my picture is no longer there. I felt like I had been unsubscribed . Same thing today and I have to go into sleep score To see it. Fitbit what did you do ?
