Hello everyone!

Check out our latest blog for how to get the most out of the new app.

Note: Please be patient if you don't see the update right away, as it will take some time to roll out completely.

Is it possible to remove calories burned from my Today screen? I’m more interested in steps and don’t track calories.

I think if you tap on the pencil on Home Screen you have options to change
that focus box ( with the big circle and 3 smaller underneath ) to either
another preset “focus” by scrolling left. At the end of the scroll is one
that you can set yourself. I’ve not used it yet but good luck !

Personally I don’t like the fact that I have to leave to Home Screen to find out how much charge I have left on my Fitbit battery.  If forced to use Google for logging in I will be forced to find an alternative to using your platform.  Too many changes in my opinion for use older users.

The new app is horrible I hate it so much I stopped using it. I no longer can see how many calories i left for the day and the layout is terrible. I will likely go to the Apple Watch when I need a new watch all because of this app.

Good luck getting any kind of reply. I'm a premium customer and have yet to get a word out of them. I loved the old app. I can't imagine why they would make such changes. Perhaps they're sabatoging Fitbit in an attempt to migrate us to Pixel? Who knows, but it's heartbreaking. Very sad!

I just did this and I have to say, this is one redeeming feature of the new app. But yeah, there's a lot of wasted space in the lay out and trying to find the optimum layout is time-consuming to the say the least.

Ideally, I'd like to be able to view all the stuff that updates throughout the day EASILY, be able to make manual updates to those items easily (w/o having to scroll  f o r e v e r)  and have the daily (static) measures not highlighted/prioritized so much (sleep, etc.)

Yes, on the Fitbit home screen, tap the Pencil near the upper right corner, scroll down and toggle off/on what you don't/do want.

This new app is pure garbage. I literally have nothing else to say besides that. I’ve been a Fitbit girl since the Charge HR. I’ve already been looking at other devices simply because the app is trash now. The amount of times I’ve had to delete the app, reinstall the app, restart my watch, forget my watch, and reconnect to my watch is ridiculous and it still doesn’t sync half the time. Biggest mistake Fitbit has made was doing whatever they done to the app.

Another difference I recently noticed is that partial pounds seem no longer
able to be input under “Weight”. Seems further proof this has been
“improved” by gamers and not by fitness enthusiasts.

Odd. Are you on an android phone. May charge 5 and app still take tenths.

Since this new app rolled out my brand new charge 5 can’t hold a charge.  The battery drains in a few hours. I’ve done everything the help line suggests but nothing works.  I’ve turned off all the apps and it still drains.  Fitbit either needs to fix this or bring back the old app that worked. I’m returning mine to the store after getting no help from Fitbit.

I love my Fitbit and have for years, but I absolutely hate this new design on the app. It’s not visually appealing and to me everything blends together.  I haven’t been using the app much since this new version came out because I can’t stand it and I no longer feel like I can quickly find what I’m looking for and that’s a **ahem** shame because I was using the app constantly before to manage my health and fitness.

Please bring back the original calories and steps page. I need to be able to see the total calories and steps per day in comparison with previous days at a glance, as well as the weekly total! Keywords being at a glance

Also updating takes longer

I hate the new design of the fitbit app on my Iphone.   This stinks.   Give me my old screen back.

Fitbit app 4.03 is available in the Apple Store. Unfortunately, the most easily adjustable wishes such as battery level have not (yet) been adjusted. Fitbit/Google does not listen to its customers, which is a shame.
Again no list with chances.

I have updated but I don’t see any improvements. What am I missing?

My error. Found the decimal point to left of zero. So small I missed it
earlier.

I have been a loyal user of Fitbit since 2014. Even though I am an all-around Apple person, I refused to switch when the Apple watch came out,  I stayed with Fitbit because of the device and the app, I just thought it was the best - even after being disappointed with the Sense's lack of HR monitoring.  But the new interface did it - I canceled my Premium once I knew that I could get the data (you probably can get it without Premium, I just didn't want to risk it). It was a bit sad to see it go. Which lasted exactly 1 minute after getting my Forerunner 965 up and running.   I have been using it for nearly a month now and can't believe how much better it is in everything i- e.g. app, tracking, stats, interface, etc. Everything better.
