Hello everyone!

I would like to announce that the redesigned Fitbit app starts rolling out today! This new app will help you reach your goals, and bring the health and wellness information right on hand.

Check out our latest blog for how to get the most out of the new app.

Note: Please be patient if you don't see the update right away, as it will take some time to roll out completely.

Happy stepping!

Latest update on the IOS app displays White fonts on a light gray background on my phone. It is absolutely unreadable, and has made the app useless. Is there a way to change font / background colors for better contrast? Have sent DM to costumer support but didn't get any help. Thanks!

Bring back the old interface.

I really want to go back to the app how it was before the update. Is this an option?
I really dislike everything about the update.

Please Change it back!! I can't stand the dark green colour and grey background. It's like black and white but worse! The workout detailed graph is now tiny and not nice colours. In fact everything is worse. Please, please, please change it back!

Just another person here to complain about the garbage updated interface. Please give us the option to revert back to the old one.

🫢😑🤓🤨 IF IT WORKS (really well)… WHY … FIX it??????

The step counter is literally the most important thing for me and the reason I even use a fitbit. The new look is sooooo bland/child like and the tiles are huge.

We're not blind, ya know!

Agree. It's absolutely awful!

Leave the developers alone. They do what they are told by product owners and user experience owners

Somebody way higher then the developers approved that flop  .. and they wont be fired because they are doing what needs to be done to integrate google technology (you can google it it is the news) so if we all, think they will bring back the old version or that it will be better in the near future . It wont

No rollback and we will be the guinea pigs of that technology integration and we just got the 1st look at it and its bad ..really bad

I have already csncelled my premium and will look for deals around black friday on  what competition offers

Who admitted what i m going through the last 10pages of exchange here and couldn't find the info. Sorry to make you repeat

this is just plain horrible.   it looks horrible. the ui is horrible.  ugggggggh. I have had several fitbits since the OG charge.  with stuff like the challenges being taken away etc and now with the redesign monstrosity i guess time to bounce and get a garmin.

Done trying to deal with these unresponsive jerks. Just cancelled
My long standing Premium subscription and now off to leave unfavorable feedback at the App Store. Too bad because I really enjoyed the sleep monitoring part of the app and battery life of the product. I’m certain not to get anything Google related. Good luck to the rest of you.

Where is all my historic data from exercise? Can I still access that? It only shows the last year. I'm thinking of buying a new fitness tracker and looking at this app it probably won't be a fitbit! I've been loyal since 2015.

Hate new app will not purchase again if you do not return to previous. It is not user friendly . I used to be able to look at my seven day step count now there are just loads of boxes with ridiculous cation like images. So disappointed 😔

How do I get the old version back!😫 I hate it!! I literally have to go to last month to see how many steps I did last week. NOT easy for comparing steps/calories per week. Before you could see all of that at a glance and now nahhh.. I’ve stuck with Fitbit for years instead of Apple Watch etc. bc I loved it. Now this generic and took away so many things that made Fitbit special. Awful just awful! I’m definitely looking elsewhere now. Anybody else in the same boat?

The worse "improvement" ever seen!  Looks like it was designed by a 7 year-old with one green crayon. Used to be motivated to look at my stats. Now I find it nauseating and depressing. Modern? No. Just a poor design, poorly implemented. Someone should be fired

Dont blame developers ..they execute on directives from product owners & user experience owners

And Product Owners & user experience owners execute on the roadmap to make room for google technology (this you can google it is in the news) this was the 1st delivery ..going forward we are the guinea pig of that integration ..as we experienced with this release it wasnt made for customers to be happy ... so it s a long road ahead for us the customers... it doesnt look positive
