I've been buying your product for the last 4 years.  Not one year I've manage not to have something go wrong.  Why they aren't testing these updates before deploying them?  James Park went to Harvard and Eric Friedman went Yale, right?  That Ivy League education has not transferred to its product!!!!!

Hi @GEE0701  why not ask the community to help you with your current Fitbit by telling us more about the situation. You're using iOS, so is your phone compatible? Tests are done, but there are hundreds, if not thousands of different phones, if you count Android and Windows. I would think Harvard and Yale are proud of their alumni. So, what's going on - which Fitbit are you currently using and what's happening? We're here to help you.

I went to the Apple Watch. Literally 5 Fitbits in 5 years. I appreciate your concerns but I’m moving on.  I will keep the app and account in case Apple fail.
