Tile Migration Failure Again!

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

No matter what I do I cannot load the fit bit app onto my iPhone 8.   Apparently Fitbit had this issue in July...well, it's back in August. I tried turning phone on and off and deleting and reinstalling app, it still says tile migration failed. Please advise. Thank you.

Are you just trying to download the Fitbit app from the Apple store, or trying to migrate it from another phone?

If you are moving from another phone, there's no need to try to transfer the app.  Just download it from the app store and log into the same account/email as you have been using. Once you have done a sync, your data has moved from your phone to the Fitbit computers database so thee is no need to move data.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Neither. All of a sudden this AM, when I tapped the app to see yesterday’s data, I could see in the background it’s connected and synced to my F2, but it shows no data and says Tile Migration Failure. I live in Germany.

I'm having this problem as well. iOS app seemed to be having some problem syncing with my Inspire HR, then 'Tile Migration Failure Alert'. Forced a quit and rebooted iPhone (several times) no luck. Logged out and tried to log back in but just getting an 'Oops...' message. Oops indeed!  Updated app via Apple Appstore still can't log in, same 'Oops...' message and can't get a password reset either - although I know my password and have just used it to log into this forum. What with the step count problems on the Inspire HR I"m really beginning to regret buying FitBit.

At this point, I have no Fitbit functionality. Will try to contact support at Fitbit.
