Tiles not updating when I check previous days.

When using the dashboard, I cannot see the “progress bar” or partial completion of calorie intake or water intake when I am looking at previous days. The bar has been reset to zero.

I can still see info when I look at the weekly/monthly summary graphs, but I want to be able to see the numbers in more detail, along with the snapshot of how I did the rest of the day with my goals.

I am using the latest IOS update as of today. Is anyone else having this problem?

Hello @burbuja73, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to have you on board. Smiley Happy

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, please note that when you swipe to see previous days's information, only the main tile (calories burned, steps, distance, floors and active minutes) will show that information. For the other tiles, please tap on each one to see a more detailed view of previous days and even a graphic for you to compare your stats. Take in consideration that this is intended and is the way the app works.

Now, about your suggestion to see more detailed numbers along with a snapshot, I think this is a great idea and I would like to encourage you to submit it as a suggested idea, where our members can comment and vote for it so it can be implemented in the future. This is the best way to make your voice heard and get the attention from our development team.

I hope this can be helpful, if there's anything else I can do for you, please feel free to reply.

I forgot to include that I also can’t see my active hours on the dashboard for past days.

Thanks 😁
