Tiles not working after update

Since the update I can't log water or food and I can't get details on my sleep or heart rate etc. Every time I tap on one I get redirected to my digital scale app. I've tried disconnecting the scale app but it still redirects. Help.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post, thanks for troubleshooting this matter prior to posting. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know when was the first time you experienced this and how many times? Also, this situation is only occurring with the water, food, heart rate and sleep tiles or this is affecting all the tiles of your Fitbit app?  If you haven't already done so, please follow the next steps:

 

  1. Try the revoking process of your MyFitnessPal account
  2. Logout from your account
  3. Force quit the Fitbit app
  4. Reboot your mobile device
  5. Login using your credentials

The tiles are gone. Everyone hates the new look.

The only thing that worked was deleting the scale app from my phone.
