Time Field says "MANUAL"

I'm running the latest version of IOS on a iPhone XS.  Yesterday I thought my data wasn't syncing so I decided to remove the fitbit app and reload it.

When I look at my weight data on my fitbit dashboard on my laptop I see the weight data along with a date and time of the entry.  When I look at the same data on my iphone it shows the date and the word MANUAL in the time space.  When I look at the same data on my ipad (didn't mess with the app) it shows the actual time.

It looks like I did something when I deleted the app on my iphone.  Everything is in my history on all three devices but the time field on my phone isn't showing a time.

Anyone have any idea of how I can fix this since I use my phone more often than any other device.

I deleted the app again and have now loaded IOS 14.5.  I downloaded the app again and the same results happen (no time shown for any of the weight entries, just the word MANUAL in that space).  My ipad and laptop still reflect all the data.  Maybe I'll try to wipe my iphone completely and reload everything.  More to come.

I wiped my iphone and reloaded everything to no avail.  I loaded fitbit onto another iphone and logged into my account.  I see the word "MANUAL" there as well.  It must have been a change in some version to show all imported weight data as being manual.  I'm still got on my ipad and on my PC so I'll make sure I don't delete those versions.  They are current but have had old versions on them for a couple of years.

My iPad updated yesterday and it now is the same as my phone (no actual time shown).  The PC version of the dashboard is still working correctly.
