There isn't a way to manually set the time. Instead, it should reset itself using your phone's time whenever it syncs and it's adjusted by the timezone in your profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/settings/profile
As yours is syncing ok it's worth checking your timezone

@DRemick, I appreciate your participation in the Forums and for sharing your experience with us. At this moment, if you have already tried the troubleshooting steps kindly provided by @SteveH and the time hasn't updated correctly, please restart your tracker. Additionally, you can go to the Fitbit app and tap on Account > Advanced Settings and make sure that under Time Zone, Set Automatically is turned on.
