Times Awake graph completely empty; not showing anything

For reasons unrelated to the Fitbit app, I did a restore of a previous backup on my iPhone last night. Thus, all my apps had to be reinstalled including Fitbit. This morning, after I synced my sleep from last night, I noticed on the Times Awake Graph that normally shows how many times I've been awake over the past week, month, three months, or year wasn't displaying anything. I've included photos of the blank graph and last night's data to show it should have some "awake" data to report. I tried resetting/starting the fitbit twice, deleting and reinstalling the app, and doing a forced restart on my iPhone and nothing worked.

VGirl7553,

I'm right there with you!

My Fitbit Charge 2 is also suddenly missing my "Awake times".  It's totally blank, just like yours.  There is also no "Awake times" history at all.

It has been working great up until the last Fitbit App update.  Maybe there was a bug in the last update?

Wow thanks for commenting and sharing! I thought this was just me because I didn't see any similar posts and I thought I did something when I had to reinstall the app. I posted here as a first step to see if anyone might know what to do, but since it is still unresolved I was thinking of calling Fitbit tomorrow and seeing what they say. I'll post here if there is any updates.

I've had exactly the same problem since the last app upgrade (iPhone). On my iPad I've held off upgrading and it's still working ok as before.

I have this same issue since the last Fitbit cleanup.  I haven't done any restores.

Thanks everyone for helping bring awareness to this issue! I called the other day and they said they are working on a solution to the issue. There is no immediate fix, but Fitbit is now very aware of the issue and is working on it.

I am experiencing the same issue on my iPhone.  Here is a snapshot of the Times Awake graph on my iPhone:

IMG_0395.png

As you can see from the info on the lower half, there should be 2 times awake on Tuesday (today)

Here is the equivalent screenshot from later the same day on the Android App:

Screenshot_2017-03-21-13-53-33.png

As you can see it is properly displaying the non-zero times awake for the past week (same source data, same fitbit).

Hopefully, this info is useful to the team working on the bug.

I noticed my graph has been back to normal for a few days now. It was fixed with the latest update. Hope the same thing can be said for everyone else. Thanks for helping bring this issue to the attention of Fitbit so that it got fixed.

Hi

Iv also noticed, since advertising that the fitbit charge 2 is going to record REM patterns etc,It will not display the actual times awake/asleep.This was fine around 3 weeks ago,you could tap on the sleep graph, either awake or restless and it would tell you the exact time. It does track awake and restless periods but I miss not knowing the times. Is this to be resolved?  I hope so.

I second this, my "Times Awake" graph now appears to be properly populated in the iPhone App.
