“Today” app tiles not working

Logged in this morning was able to enter weight, now any of my options listed under my actives will not open, food log, water log, weight log, cannot open to add entries. Heart rate, exercise, hourly activity , cannot open to view data, this happened after a Fitbit automatic clean up. I have checked for updates, turned my iPhone off and back on, the issue still remains

I am sorry to hear that "Today" app options are not working and you can't log or open any tiles. Thanks for trying to resolve this, I appreciate the additional details and I am here to help. I recommend trying these steps in the following order:

 

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and log back in to your account.

Let me know if that does the trick.
