Today's' tiles don't show my progress

Hello,

I've recently received the new fitbit app dashboard on my iPhone 5. I really like it, but there's one problem. With the old dashboard, I got a ring to show my progress for each of my goals. Now, it's just a blue circle with white in the middle, that fills in when I get my goal. No progress ring. Now I've seen the picture on the app store, and it shows the progress rings on the dashboard screenshot. I've also logged in to my account on a different device, and it works without any problems. Clearly there is a bug.

Let me know if you've seen similar problems, or know how to fix this. I've added a screenshot below.

Thanks!

Hi @sebastian747. I'm glad to see you around.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, as well for the screenshot provided. It sounds odd that your iPhone 5 is the only showing the dashboard in that way. Just to confirm, may I know the iOS version of your iPhone? Is the Fitbit app also updated to the 3.0 version? Also, did this issue start when you got the new dashboard?

If you've not done so, please try the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  3. Log back in and check your dashboard.

Let me know how it goes.

The problem has existed since I got the new dashboard. I am on app version 3.0. My phone has iOS 10.3.

Hi @sebastian747. I'm glad to see you here in the Community. I'm sorry for my delayed response.

Thanks for getting back with the requested information. After investigating I verified that your iPhone 5 isn't a fully supported device. While the Fitbit app is updated to the latest version in this case, we can't assure the Fitbit App will be working flawless with this model. I'm sorry for this inconvenience, and if possible I'd suggest to try syncing with your other device to keep your information updated.

If you have any other question, feel free to let me know.
