Today screen and weight tile show different readings

The weight on my aria scales is shown accurately on the front page of the app on my phone but when i open the weight section to drill down to my weight on previous days it is different???

Hi @mikerowley99, welcome! It's good to see you here in the forums.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Just to confirm, is your weight readings shown incorrectly on the Today app of your Sense? Or is it when you tap on the weight tile on the Fitbit app? What is the model of your phone? Also, have you made sure to have the Fitbit app updated?

Assuming the issue is with the Fitbit app, I'd recommend you to try the following steps:

  1. Log out from the Fitbit app.
  2. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Open the Fitbit app and try weighing yourself one more time.
  5. Tap the weight tile and check your readings.

Hi

I have a Sense and have tried your suggestion and it doesnt help

It related to my i phone 12 Fitbit app. Today for instance if i open up the main app and look at my weight summary it days 13st7.4lbs but if i then click on the tile showing a summary and f my daily weighins it days 13st 7.3lbs??? My Aria scales said 13 7.4!!

Help ?!!!
