Hi. My Fitbit is no longer syncing my daily minutes of activity. It syncs everything else but doesn’t so the activity.
Also the battery symbol is permanently displayed on my watch
anyone else having this issue?

Hello @Aww66, have a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community, it's great to see new faces around.
This seems like a very odd situation, however I would like to suggest you to restart your tracker and update the Fitbit app as we have just released a new version (2.41.1). Then sync your tracker and check if your active minutes are syncing correctly.
Now, about the battery symbol showing up in the display of your tracker? Which tracker are you currently using and could you please elaborate a bit more about this issue? That will be very helpful to me to check this further.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and keep me posted in case you need anything else.

thank you for your input to this.
I have restarted my fitbit [it is a surge HR] and that has sorted the issue of the battery symbol displaying on the screen all the time
I have also updated the app and restarted the fitbit but the activity minutes are still not syncing.
It is odd as it records my activity in the weekly exercise but does not record my activity minutes - this has been the case since Sunday
any more help you can give would be gratefully received
many thanks
Alan

Hello @Aww66, I hope you're doing well, thanks for taking the time to reply.
If you tap on each individual exercise, are you able to see active minutes? If so, it's possible the app is not updating correctly the information already stored in our servers for each activity, in which case I would like to suggest you the following:
- Force-close the Fitbit app by double tapping the home button on your phone and swiping up the app.
- Log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
I hope this can be helpful, give it a try and let me know the outcome.
