Tracker lost Bluetooth connection with phone.

After 3 weeks of my Fitbit working great it has suddenly lost Bluetooth conection and won't pare. I have done all the usual things. Still no joy. This is my second one as it was replaced due to the same thing Help please

When you mention your tracker lost Bluetooth connection, does that mean you're not able to see it on your Bluetooth devices on your phone or that the tracker is not syncing correctly? Are you getting any kind of error message? Which troubleshooting steps have you tried already, could you please let me know? That will be very important to me to determine which step should we take next and find a resolution for your issue.

Hi my tracker lost connection so wouldn't connect to Bluetooth. I did live chat and they sorted it works perfect. If it happens again I just need to remember hoe to do it
