Doesn’t count steps, sleep, nothing .

when will this be fixed?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention, which Fitbit tracker are you currently using? Have you restarted it already? If so, I would appreciate if you can reply to me with more details about this issue, for example, is the tracker syncing correctly and not counting your steps or is it not syncing at all? When did this issue start? That will be very helpful for me to continue assisting you.
