Tracker unable to pair with iOS app.

So after many hours of trying to get my bluetooth to find my fitbit, I got the 4 digit code and entered it. My Iphone has been stuck on the screen with "connecting to Fitbit..." for almost a half an hour now. Does it normally take this long?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Have you restarted your tracker and your phone lately? If so, I would like to suggest you the following:

 

  1. Make sure there are no other Bluetooth devices around when trying to set up your tracker.
  2. Make sure you have a strong WiFi signal.

If you're prompted to input the 4-digit code and you still get stuck in the same message for more than 5 minutes, force-quit the app by double tapping the home button and swiping up the app. Then open the app again, tap on Account and check if your tracker is showing up under your name.
