Welcome to the Fitbit Community @n1cholethomas!  Allow me to help, I recommend you doing the restart then try rebooting force quitting the app.

Hope it helps, let me know how it goes!

I have the same problem. I've tried restarting the Charge HR, restarting my phone, and turning off Bluetooth for 10 seconds. The fitbit syncs step data, but not sleep data.

I'll add that this Charge HR is a 1 month-old replacement. I was issued a new one after my previous brand new Charge HR stopped syncing and Fitbit Help couldn't solve the problem. I don't want to keep getting a new fitbit every month, and I'm sure the company doesn't want to send me one!  Is there a quick fix to this?
