Good day,

I earned a DAILY SHOWDOWN TROPHY of which I had completed as well as a GOAL STEAK WORKWEEK HUSTLE TROPHY which popped on my Iphone but not of them has been awarded or updated. 

 

I have even updated the Fitbit app and reinstalled my account on the app but it’s not working. This is very frustrating and discouraging after such hard work.

 

Please what is the issue?

Please note.

They did not assist me in anyway.
I just earned another trophy which of course is yet to be awarded.

What is the issue
